crazy time

It is official that I have screwed up and I have officially managed to be laid off from 2 jobs in less than one month's time. This must be a record. The girl who has never lost a job in her life has now been laid off from 2 seperate jobs, two seperate companies in less than a month. Frightening, isn't it?

So here I am, no money, trying to keep myself busy so I don't feel bad about my current situation, and wondering how I fell so far behind.

I move into the new house in 1 more month with two genuine boys who are the closest thing to family without any blood relations.... We've already started picking out new furniture and I'm trying to narrow down what color(s) to paint my walls.

I've started cleaning out my apartment, throwing away all the junk I've accumulated over the last 10 months and I'm hoping to make this move a fresh start. Its taking so long for me to do this because each item I pull from the shelves or from an old box in the closet is another 10 minutes of tears and reminiscing. Its disgusting being a pack-rat with too much emotions.

I know I don't update all too often and I'm sure a few of you were curious where I went. Rest assured, I have not fallen off the diaryland wagon. Thank you to those of you who asked and he, who questioned if he'd hear from me again. Your concern is noted and taken to heart. I am, in fact, doing well and being the socialite that I am (note of sarcasm inserted here), I haven't had a moment to sit at my computer, alone with my thoughts and do something constructive like this. I hope to change all that soon in the upcoming days.

A few of the people who read this may remember a few months back when I got my new cat. Well, my new roommate is deathly allergic and I must find her a new home. If anyone you know is looking for a sweet cat, please let me know. Her name is Hannah and she's just lovely.
